• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Once approved, we will share the return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method with in 4-5 days Business days

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at info@navswastik.com.

• After the cancellation window, the order may already be processed and shipped, in which case a return will be required.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
